The reality is, your fearful thoughts, stressful circumstances and lingering to-do lists are paralyzing you before you even hit the "snooze" button.
I feel you, girl. That was me, everyday, for way too fucking long.
This pattern doesn't have to own you though. A morning routine can give you the structure needed to set you in motion, give meaningful milestones to your day, organize your racing thoughts, prevent unnecessary stress and overwhelm and make you feel overall more productive. Having a morning ritual sets a healthy rhythm to your daily life and quite frankly will be the one thing to keep you fucking sane!

After establishing a healthy routine, I love mornings. Wait. Scratch that. I'm OBSESSED with mornings.
Something about a new day makes me giddy + wanna jump out of bed with joy. But, keep me up past 9 pm & I’m a complete cranky pants. #TotalGrandma. 👵🏻

PS: Mornings = "Carrie Time." I used to wake up and "hustle" right away, and it made me anxious + miserable. Now, I focus on self care first and then ease into the hustle, planning my work schedule around my energy + what FEELS best for that day.
