​Ya’ll, I cant stay this enough—it’s ALL about MINDSET, MINDSET, MINDSET.

The difference from just 4 months ago when I decided to get back in shape 
👉 I approached fitness & weight loss from a place of self hate, shame and deprivation. Now I come at it from a place of LOVE.

When I CHOSE (it was a CONSCIOUS decision EVERY day & still is) to start feeding my mind positivity and treating my body like a home, the weight just melted off (I’ve lost 20 lbs).

​We all need to stop being so damn hard on ourselves. Perfection doesn’t exist. Comparison is death. Tell yourself you’re beautiful every day because YOU ARE. And, surprise, your body will start rewarding you for it.

Only a few people can shine in any sphere. However, there are many who can't manage even a glimmer. Hard work is important to reach aim. But first, you have to believe that you can do. To attain success, you need to develop a growth mindset. It is good to be persistent. It is good to put your highest effort. But that goodness will lead to a better consequence, only when you have faith in your ability. Everyone's mind needs certain kinds of change with time. And to deal with setbacks, you have to make the right kind of changes in your mental aptitude.
